The CCSA Shareholders meeting (for CCSA Members) begins on Monday, September 16th at 9:00 am and the conference officially kicks-off for ALL ATTENDEES with the Welcome Luncheon and Awards at noon, followed by the keynote address by Eric Termuende (The Workforce Connection: It’s Bigger than Millennials and Technology), educational sessions and ever-popular Social.

Tuesday features the return of a favorite keynote speaker - Canadian marketing guru Scott Stratton (The Customer Connection: UnSelling is the New Customer Experience), the Connect Showcase with Café / Lunch, an afternoon panel session, pre-dinner cocktails and the Board of Directors’ Hosted Dinner. As in past years, time has also been built into the program for you to schedule private meetings.

All these events, plus Wednesday’s Golf Day Package and West Kelowna Wine Trail Tour, promise to deliver a great conference!

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

CCSA has negotiated a block of rooms that have been reserved for Connect 2019 delegates. We recommend that you book your room at the Delta Grand Okanagan at your earliest convenience. A limited number of rooms are available for Friday and Saturday nights. Please see page 3 of the above 'General Information' document for full details.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Kelowna Airport Shuttle - The Delta Grand Okanagan Resort is an approximate 15 minute drive from the Kelowna International Airport (YLW). Complimentary airport shuttle service is included as part of the resort fee. Reservations are required. Please see page 3 of the above 'General Information' document for more information.

IMPORTANT DATES TO KEEP IN MIND

  • Friday, August 16th - Deadline for receiving the CCSA group room rate at the Delta Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort (pending availability).
  • Friday, August 23rd - Cancellation deadline for Connect 2019 conference registration. Refunds will not be provided if the registration is cancelled after this date. Substitution of participants is permissible with prior notification to Cheryl Mangusso.
  • Wednesday, September 11 - Online registration closes for CCSA Connect 2019.


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The cancellation deadline for Connect 2019 conference events is Friday, August 23rd, 2019. Refunds will not be provided for registrations (including the Golf Day Package, Wine Trail Tour, Spousal Registration and CCSA Showcase) cancelled after this date. Substitution of participants is permissible with prior notification to Cheryl Mangusso.

The CCSA reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers, or to cancel the conference if / when conditions beyond its control prevail. If the conference is not held for any reason, CCSA’s liability is limited to the refund of the registration fees or ticket purchases only.
